Exciting News! Red Light Sauna and Red Light Booth Have Arrived!

πŸ“’πŸš¨The Red Light Sauna and Red Light Booth have arrived! We are so excited to get everyone started and booking appointments. Please read below for a few housekeeping rules and how to make sure you have the best experience.

If you are wanting to use the Sauna or Red Light Booth, you will need to fill out a change form with our welcome desk to get this option added on to your membership and sign a waiver.

Red Light Therapy & Sauna Use Guidelines Must be 18 years of age or older For your safety and comfort:

βœ” Recommended Order

• Use the Red Light Booth first

• Use the Sauna second ⏱ Time Limits • Red Light Booth: 10 minutes maximum • Sauna: 15 minutes maximum per session

• New users may not need the full session time at first -listen to your body and exit early if needed.

πŸ’§ Hydration Required • Drink water before, between, and after sessions ⚠ Stop Immediately If You Feel: • Dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, or unwell

🚫 Do NOT Use If You: • Are under 18 years of age • Have heart or blood pressure conditions • Are pregnant • Have heat intolerance or a history of fainting • Are dehydrated • Are on medications that affect heat tolerance or blood pressure (Ask your doctor first if you’re unsure.) Use is at your own risk. Please follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
