Open Doors Scholarship Program

We believe that the YMCA is for everyone, no matter how much they can afford to pay. The joining fee and monthly rate may be reduced based on a sliding scale fee for those who qualify.  Scholarships are offered as United Way funds are available. Contact the YMCA for more information. 

Requirements

To process your application, you will need to provide last year’s tax return, two current pay stubs, and any additional income you receive (ex: child support, alimony, food stamps, etc.)  If you are not currently employed, an un-employment award letter, or SSI award letter must be provided to process your application.  Processing takes about a week.  Scholarships must be renewed on a yearly basis.
